The X's that are in lower case are tapped percussively with your left hand. And you don't really have to try to hit those three strings on the tap, it wil come naturally. The capital X's are struck with your thumb.

The post-solo part is more or less the above riff with everything played an octave lower. Although since you can't play that 0h2 on the E string and be in the right pitch, substitue two slap mutes fr the hammer-on. Sorry that's all I have, but I think you'll find this method is quite accurate.
